If you are brand new to the club, welcome! Becoming part of the club is easy. The following steps outline the process details:

You can pay via PayPal, Visa, or MasterCard. Other credit cards may be accepted, however, our payment processor controls these options. The club does not directly process or store credit card information. The payment processor handles all financial transactions. New / renewal membership fee is $81.00.

Once your payment has been approved an email will be sent to you with an account verification link. Please click on the link to activate your account. Once complete you will be logged in and can start signing up for events .Club memberships expire one year from sign up. The same principle applies to mutli-year memberships. For example, sign up on Sept 1, 2022 for a three-year membership and the membership expires on Aug 31, 2025. Memberships are final sale. No refunds. Please ask questions before purchase.

Membership allows you to:

• Sign up for our events e.g. Advanced Driving Schools, the Christmas Party, Fall Rally, etc.
• Participate in BMW CCA events throughout North America.
• Receive 10 monthly Roundel magazines and 2 BimmerLife magazines.
• Receive discounts from our title sponsors and other partners.
• Receive additional rebates on new BMW models.
• Vote on club matters

Renewing Your Existing Membership?

Club and Household members are required to pay membership dues annually to remain members of the club

Discount Memberships For Household Members of Club Members

At $24.00 a good deal awaits household members of full Club Members.

Household memberships allow people, whom are related to an active full member, and reside at the same address, to join as a household member. If you are a household member of a current, active member in the BMW CCA Trillium chapter, you may qualify for membership in the club at a discount rate. You, the household member, must complete and submit your own Household Membership Discount application. Not the person with the active membership. You can register with a householder membership here.

Inactive Memberships

Members who do not pay membership dues for more than two years become Inactive Members and have their account retired. To re-join you must recreate your account. To be removed from our contact list, an unsubscribe link will be provided with each communication. Click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of each club communication. If you have clicked on the link and receive an email again, we apologize. This is an error. Please contact membership@trilliumbmwclub.ca to rectify the problem.

Resigning Your Membership & Refunds

If you no longer wish to be a member of the club, which means deletion of your account, please send a message to membership@trilliumbwmclub.ca stating your wish to resign. Membership fees are not/not refundable.

Note: Membership policy is determined by the Trillium Board of Directors and may change at any time at the discretion of the Board. Please note membership purchases are final sale items. There are NO refunds. If there are any aspects of our policy you have questions about please contact us directly at membership@trilliumbmwclub.ca.

CASC-Trillium Membership Signup

To participate in any Trillium Chapter driving event you must be a member of the Trillium chapter club. CASC-Trillium members pay for their Trillium membership through CASC but since CASC and Trillium databases are not electronically linked, paying for a CASC membership is not reflected on Trillium's web site. The immediate effect is, until added to Trillium's database manually, CASC members cannot signup for Trillium events. For CASC-Trillium members to attend Trillium events they must first pay CASC then come to this site and sign up. Keep the following in mind:

1. CASC racer who needs a racing license and also elects to be a Trillium Member? Pay CASC first, then come to Trillium's site to sign-up / renew.
2. I'm a CASC racer who is part of another club, or at least is not part of Trillium. Please sign up as a full member. You do not qualify as a Trillium-CASC member. Full membership join-up is found here: Joining Trillium as a Full Member
3. You are CASC-Trillium? Make sure you're paid up with CASC. While you can sign up on this site at no additional cost, we do check with CASC if you paid first.
4. All memberships expire Dec 10 of the year you sign up, regardless of what date you sign up.
5. If you paid CASC, you do not/not need to pay Trillium again. CASC sends us your membership dues. Another payment here means you'd be paying twice. Remember, pay CASC first, then come here to renew (at no cost) or sign up (at no cost).

A Two-Step Process

Step 1: Click on CASC-Trillium Signup form. Once your data is submitted we will confirm your payment status with CASC. Until confirmed you cannot sign up for driving events.

Step 2: Post confirmation we'll send you an email. You can then sign up.

Please allow 1~2 weeks for processing. Unlike CASC itself, Trillium is 100% volunteer.
